Tiffany is an experienced Disability Support Coordinator and Social Worker.

 

She has developed an extensive understanding of the NDIS and other systems, and has supported people from various backgrounds and across all age groups. 

 

Tiffany takes an empathic and person centred approach to her work with others, and with a background in social work, Tiffany has a special interest in social justice and reducing barriers. 

Halle is a valuable part of our team who manages our administration and manages enquiries.

She is also a Support Coordinator, playing a key role in helping clients achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS system​.

Halle is a friendly and approachable person, who strives to build meaningful connections with participants, their families and support network; helping to tailor supports to each individuals needs. 

Sharna is a new addition to our team at Beyond Barriers Australia!

Sharna has an extensive background working in disability and applies her knowledge of person-centered care to her role. 

 

Sharna is passionate about working collaboratively with participants to navigate the NDIS and connect them with the right supports. She has a strong interest in overcoming barriers and supporting people to live more independently.
