Tiffany is an experienced Disability Support Coordinator and Social Worker.

 

She has developed an extensive understanding of the NDIS and other systems, and has supported people from various backgrounds and across all age groups. 

 

Tiffany takes an empathic and person centred approach to her work with others, and with a background in social work, Tiffany has a special interest in social justice and reducing barriers. 

Halle is a valuable part of our team who manages our website, social media platforms and oversees administration for our company!

She is also a Support Coordinator, playing a key role in helping clients achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS system​.

Halle is a friendly and approachable person, who strives to build meaningful connections with participants, their families and support network; helping to tailor supports to each individuals needs. 

Ziling is an integral member of our team! 

 

She is a highly qualified support coordinator with a Masters degree in Social Work and a background in support work.

Ling has a strong focus on providing person centred care and making sure she goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes for her participants. She enjoys seeing her participants thrive and helping them to access supports that improve their daily living quality.
